TENNIS

The Fairways has 3 lighted tennis courts with viewing Pavilion that are available for use by all homeowners and their guests at no charge.  Courts are to be used for tennis only.  No baseball, roller skating, or skateboarding on the courts.  This is not allowed because it ruins the court’s surface.

The Fairways has a very active tennis community and hosts teams for both ALTA (Atlanta Lawn & Tennis Association) and USTA leagues.  If you are interested in learning more or joining a team, please contact Bob Ford (askbob@comcast.net).

 

Anyone wishing to play tennis is encouraged to reserve a court at www.reservemycourt.com. Court reservations may also be made by calling 1-877-ON-COURT (1-877-662-6878).  The last 4 digits of your social security number and your personal identification number (PIN) are required for phone reservations, and an online account must have been previously established.  Please note that league matches take priority over practices and lessons.

The tennis courts are available for use as reserved or on a first come first served basis 7-days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

 

 

POOL

The Fairways pool is operated both as a Swim at Your Own Risk and Guarded pool.  The pool opening and closing dates, as well as hours of operation vary annually and are posted below when finalized for the upcoming season.  Pool rules and regulations are available here.

POOL GATE

For the safety of our community and children it extremely important that the pool gate be kept closed at all times, particularly when there is no lifeguard on duty.

PARTIES & EVENTS

The pools are not available for rental for private parties, but homeowners may bring up to 5 guests each.  Please make arrangements with Swim Atlanta if you are going to be hosting a gathering of 10 or more people at the pool.

 

 

CLUBHOUSE

Located at 505 Fairway Drive, the HOA Clubhouse was renovated in 2014 and features an outdoor deck, full kitchen, fireplace, and terrific view of the pool!  The clubhouse is available for neighborhood meetings and for private event rentals.

 

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RATE

Fairways Homeowner    $150 per day | $150 refundable deposit
 

 

RENTAL PROCEDURES

1. Download the FAIRWAYS CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION AND USE AGREEMENT
2. Print and enter all information on rental agreement
3. Make checks payable to “The Fairways of Towne Lake”
4. Submit separate checks for the fee and the deposit to Sixes Management Group
5. Deposit will be returned to you provided there are no damages
6. Mail or deliver the completed agreement with deposit and fee to:
