All modifications, additions or changes to the exterior of your home or yard require approval by the Mountain Brooke North  HOA Architectural Control Committee.  This process is required to insure that our neighborhood remains consistent in appearance and an aesthetically appealing place to call home!  All modification requests require the completion of the form below, and the approval of the ACC prior to work beginning.  Any modifications made prior to receipt of approval may be subject to fines and/or returning the property to the original condition; it is very important that you receive approval in advance of any work being completed!  Modification requests are processed as quickly as possible, and responses are typically provided within 3-5 business days after receipt of the modification request.
